And now, Courteney Cox has Jasmine Waltz. Of course, Waltz isn’t accused of being the reason as to why Cox and husband David Arquette announced the end of their 11-year marriage Monday night.

But all eyes are now on the brunette beauty now that reports claim Arquette has been quietly dating her since the split. “Jasmine and David have been hooking up recently,” a source told Life & Style. According to TMZ.com, Cox, 46, and Arquette, 39, were forced to reveal they have been in a “trial separation that dates back for some time” because photos have recently surfaced of the actor out with Waltz.

The 28-year-old – who has had minor roles in “Bad Boys II” and “Pledge This!” – landed in the spotlight this summer when she was accused by Lindsay Lohan of punching the starlet in the face at L.A. hotspot Voyeur. Waltz, who was then working as a cocktail waitress at the nightclub, reportedly grew testy after she spotted Lohan talking to her former flame – and Paris Hilton ex – Doug Reinhardt.

Following LiLo’s claim, Waltz stepped forward with a firm, yet snarky denial. “All I have to say is that disturbed little trainwreck is delusional,” she told “Access Hollywood” at the time. “I didn’t hit her … but I’d like too.” Waltz recently helped celebrate Reinhardt’s birthday in L.A. In early 2009, she began dating “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest. According to People.com, Seacrest once whisked Waltz off to Paris for a romantic weekend trip several months into their relationship. But by summer of that year, Waltz apparently moved on to another bold faced name. Photographers spotted her locking lips with her new boyfriend, singer Jesse McCartney, while hanging out at the beach in Malibu.

Waltz eventually moved up the Hollywood ladder by 2010 and was spotted out on a date in April with “Star Trek” hunk Chris Pine in Los Angeles.The former waitress, who previously worked at other L.A. hotspots including Les Deux and Italian restaurant Bella, is said to be an aspiring actress, according to People.
