For a wedding makeup an important thing or a factor to keep in mind is the time of your wedding. Because according to that your makeup will be different for each time of the day. The different amount of lighting during the day determines your makeup style. Even if the ceremony and reception are at two different times, you can go in between to redo your makeup to suit the time of each.
In the morning, the light is very soft and so you can apply natural makeup on you, with a lightweight foundation or a tinted moisturizer. Because anything heavy or having extreme matte will appear artificial in the bright morning light and so you should keep it light on your skin. You should choose soft blushes with natural eye makeup shades and a muted lipstick. You can put false eye lashes if you want. Because otherwise, you will not look right for the occasion despite being a bride, you will be too loud.
In the afternoon, the makeup style is completely different than the morning one by getting heavier. You can use semi-matte foundation and this will be enough to make your skin look natural. With the colour brown as your eyeliner, taupe shadows and black or brown mascara you can create a beautiful look for your self as the afternoon bride. Along with the half-set of lashes, which will help to enhance your eyes.
For the evening wedding you can have a drama as much as you want with your makeup and appearance. Colours like smoky eyes will be sufficiently dramatic, but be sure to choose flattering colours, which are gray or black. You can wear a high matte foundation and powder, which will still look like skin because of the darker time. You can keep your lips bright which will look attractive. You can add a set of full lashes to increase the dramatic effect. But whatever time of the day you are getting married, be sure that you select the colours suitable to the whole theme of your wedding overall. Feel comfortable and feel beautiful.
