Singapore Presidential Election (Results): Singapore announced as the elections – in which the ruling PAP has been losing its results since 1965 – came just after my return to the United States in May. I was only here for about a month, so I could not follow as closely as I would have liked when I was still my bearings and I was too busy learning to drive a bus and a taxi pause, to understand the nuances.
