Miley Cyrus has come under fire for what many consider to be her overly racy new video for “Who Owns Your Heart.” But while the singer has not commented on the flap, she may have issued a subtle response during an outing in Los Angels this week. The 17-year old joined her mom and sister for breakfast at Paty’s Restaurant in Toluca, showing up for the occasion in pigtails and braids.
