Use Of Makeup: Start With Eye Makeup

Initially apply base on the whole face, which includes eyes also. Now take a shimmer in light brown color and start blending on the half eye.  After completing both eyes now take a darker tone of shimmer and blend the other part of eyes. Now just normally apply liner and mascara. If you want a younger look then put on half of eyeliner on the length of eye. It will look good on you.

Foundation must be Light:

Before applying foundation, remember to apply moisturizer as it will keep your skin healthy. Choose foundation just as your skin color as it will look more natural and gives a better results. Avoid foundations with darker tones as it will show your age more then what your real is.
