Jewelry Trends 2009 – 2010

This article is the third and last to coordinate Fashion Jewelry Spring 2009. The first article considered precious and base alternatives bracelet, jewelry neck second.  Three popular colors of spring 2009 have been selected. The color wheel will be used to explain how to choose gemstone jewelry that will really pop when worn with these colors.

Think of a color wheel as your friend mode. The correct use of a desire to ensure that the colors combined in an outfit not appear gaudy or mismatched.  Suggestions will be provided in this article for both monochrome and color combining complementary.

* Monochrome – the use of any variation of the same color. For example, periwinkle and navy.
* Additional – the use of a color with the color that is shown exactly the opposite of what the color wheel. For example, blue and orange.

Wisteria – a light gray / plum tone – think of lilacs. Referencing the color wheel color complementary to that tone is a tannish color. Possible free stones include citrine, moonstone on your orange / white, tiger eye and smoky quartz.

To create a monochromatic look worn with glycine iolite. Iolite tint is ideal while being a very cheap stone semi-precious stones. Blue or blue / gray chalcedony is also a smart choice.

Granny Smith apples – it is a dark green shade muted. Free gems are those that are deep red, like rubies and garnets. Fire Opal would also look great.

Jade shades of emerald green fluorite and create a monochromatic look with this gorgeous shade of dark green.

Plum – dark red shade violet / also known as aubergine. Free gems are those that are yellow / green. Jade and peridot gemstones are two additional suggestions.

The gems for the best monochromatic shadow is amethyst.
What is it gray?

Neutral colors like white and black are the constants of fashion, and gray is a combination of these two neutral colors. As they are neutral colors any color stone will look great worn with these colors.

However, Alexander McQueen. This designer is showing gray for spring 2008 (W magazine, December 2007, page 112). One of its equipment is a gray, sleeveless shift from a luxurious silk fabric with a subtle sheen. It matched the passage of a belt type light red obi. The color combination is superb and totally catchy.

Recreate the look by wearing designer inexpensive ruby faceted beads with a tone, tint or shade of gray.
