Grover Cleveland Alexander

Grover Cleveland “Old Pete” Alexanderwas an American professional baseball pitcher. He was one of thirteen children.Cleveland had 11 brothers and 1 sister. By age 19, he began playing organized baseball. He began as an outfielder and in 1907 began pitching for an amateur team in Elba, Nebraska.
He played in Major League Baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1938.
Many baseball players today, hoping to get on the way to Alexander. He is one of the legends of baseball and the same with Ronald Reagan.
