Toasty Texas Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
2 oz. white chocolate liqueur or crème de cacao
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps (optional)
Note: Use of a double boiler is very helpful.
Cold-Weather Recipes
Method:
1. In the top of a double boiler melt the chocolate.
2. In a separate heavy saucepan, heat the milk and cream on low until hot (don’t let it bubble).
3. Once hot, add 3 tablespoons of this milk and cream to the melted chocolate and mix well.
4. Blend in the rest of the hot milk/cream mixture, and add sugar and cinnamon.
5. Combine the eggs and vanilla, and beat together in a bowl.
6. Add a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat well.
7. Slowly stir the entire egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
8. Whisk the hot chocolate briskly in the double boiler for three minutes.
9. While waiting, pour white chocolate liqueur in
a mug.
10. Add hot chocolate mixture.
Serve immediately.

make all ingeredients flour,maida salt in saab cheeson ko eak boul main daal kar mix kar lain jaisay aata gondh tay hain is tharan and jo roti app banain woh na zaida moti ho na zaida patli ho issay roti ki tharan bail lain and add cheese in a level and eak aur roti banain phir usay us cheese wali roti per rahk kay egg say band kar dain sides band kar dain and press it with light hand.phir eak pan main oil dal kar is main woh roti dal dain………after few sec turn the roti and give more few mins….. jab woh sikh jai to usan 4/6 pices main nad full its on yur choice utar lain.hot cheese paratha ready hai.

Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients:
1) Basmati rice, soaked 20 minutes drained 2 cups
2) Water 8 cups
3) Bay leaves 5-6
4) Salt 1/2 tsp
5) Cloves 4-5
6) Cinnamon Stick 2 inch
7) Green cardamoms 4-5
8) Cumin seeds 1 tsp
9) Blades mace 2
10) Garam masala powder 2 tsp
11) Ghee 1 tbsp
For the Layering
1) Bay leaves 10-15
2) Mixed diced vegetables, par-boiled 500 g
3) Lemon Juice 1 lemon
4) Strands Saffron a few
5) Milk 1 tbsp
6) Drops yellow food colour a few
7) Yogurt, whisked 1 cup
8) Cream 1/2 cup
9) Mint leaves 1 sprig
10) Crisp fried onions 2 cups
Method:
1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pan along with the bay leaves and salt.
2. Tie the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin and mace in a muslin bundle, add this to the water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Add the rice and boil for about 15 minutes till the rice is almost done.
4. Drain the rice in a strainer, put it back in the pan and add garam masala powder and ghee.
5. Line a heavy-based pan with the bay leaves, cover with layers of rice alternating with layers of vegetables, starting and ending with rice, sprinkle with lemon juice.
6. Soak the saffron in milk and add the food colour.
7. Pour on one half of the rice in the pan, leaving the other side white.
8. Spread the yogurt and cream over the rice so that it is completely covered.
9. Seal the lid to the pot with dough and put back on the stove on very low heat, for 30 minutes.
10. Serve the biryani garnished with mint and fried onions.

Fried Beef With Dried Chilli

Ingredients
1) 1 kg of beef (sliced)
2) 150 g of ginger (sliced)
3) 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
4) soy sauce 4 tablespoons
5) Chilli (dried) 12
6) sugar 1 1 / 2 c. Tea
Seven) 2 tbsp oyster sauce Tea
8) chicken broth 1 1 / 2 cups
9) 2 tsp pepper Tea
10) Cauliflower 1 (each flower separately)
11) 1 cup oil
Method:
1. Sautee garlic pepper, ginger, soy sauce and dried.
2. Add chicken broth and beef.
3. Put in salt, sugar and oyster sauce, more pepper and cauliflower.
4. Wait 20-30 minutes.
5. He is ready to served when meat is tender.

Afghani Kebabs

Ingredients:
1) Minced beef 1 kg
2) Green chilies (cut very fine) 10
3) Onions medium, chop as for omelette 2
4) Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
5) Black pepper grind coarsely 1/2 tsp
6) Tomatoes 1 kg
7) Salt to taste
8) Oil 1 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, green peppers, black pepper, onions and knead, separated into four parts.
2. Brush each portion with a little oil.
3. In a frying pan and flatten and place flat part and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Repeat with the other parties, then cut into strips.
5. In a wok (Karhi) fry the pieces lightly, add the tomatoes, salt and some green chili pepper and black.
6. Cook until oil separates, sprinkle with coriander leaves, serve hot.

Sooji Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Milk
Sugar
1 1/2 teacups of water
Sooji
Method:
1. Put the milk, sugar and 1 1/2 teacups of water in a large glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for about 5 minutes, stirring once in between after 2 1/2 minutes. Keep aside.
2. Put the ghee in another glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for about 15 seconds.
3. Add the semolina, mix well and microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes, stirring inbetween after every 1 minute or until the semolina is light pink in colour.
4. Add the parboiled sweetened milk mixture and banana and mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring inbetween after every 30 seconds.
5. Sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
6. Serve hot.

Pista Kulfi

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups of evaporated milk
• 1 Cup condensed milk
• 16 oz Whipped cream
• 1/2 tsp Ground green cardamom powder
• 1/4 Cup of green sliced pista
• Sugar to taste
Method:
• Pour evaporated milk, condensed milk and whipped cream in a mixer.
• Add ground green cardamom powder & sugar.
• Blend well the mixture.
• Then add sliced green pista and stir slightly.
• Now fill the mixture in Kulfi cones or ice cream tray.
• Place it in the freezer for a whole night (minimum 6 hours).
• At the time of serving, keep the outer surface of the ice cream tray or cones in contact with hot water for just 1-3 seconds and remove it in a plate.
• Pista Kulfi is ready to serve.

Beef Karahi

Ingredients:

1) 1 kg. Beef
2) 3/4 kg.tomatoes
3) 250gms yougurt
4) 1 1/2 table spoon garam masala powder
5) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
6) 1 tea spoon salt
7) 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
8) 250ml oil+2 tbsp oil
9) corriander green chillies and ginger for garnishing
Method:
1. Karahi main beef,yogurt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,2 tbsp oil, halt litre water dal ker ghost galnay tak cook kerain.
2. Jub ghost thora gal jay tu is main tomatoes add ker dain aur pani dry honay aur tomatoes mash honay tak pakain.
3. Jub pani dry ho jai tu ghost bhoon lain 10 min tak 4-ab dish main nikal ker coriander,green chilli,ginger say garnish kerain.

Chicken Shaslick

Ingredients:
1 Kg. boneless chicken
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp chili (Lal Mirch) powder
2 Green Bell peppers
3 Medium Onions
6 Small green chilies
½ Kg canned whole/diced tomatoes
½ Cup Ketchup
3 tbs. Soy Sauce
3 tbs. Oil
Method:
Cut the chicken into cubes and
fry it in oil on low-medium heat
until the chicken is white. (15 minutes)
Dice the tomatoes if you’re using whole ones. Add this to the chicken. Deseed the bell peppers and cut them into 1 inch chunks. Cut the onions into chunks and add these in as well.
Throw in the rest of the ingredients and cook this on low-medium heat for about half an hour or until the bell peppers are slightly soft.
Serve with boiled rice.
Serving: 3 to 4 persons
